Patnitop – Bhaderwah – Katra Holiday Package
Explore the beautiful destinations of Patnitop, Bhaderwah and Katra on this 05 Nights / 06 Days journey. Starting from Jammu, the tour takes you towards Patnitop, where you can visit Nag Temple, Sanasar and enjoy the beautiful jungle meadows of Patnitop. The journey then continues towards Bhaderwah, known as “A Place of Beauty and Grace,” with visits to Trangul Bridge, Vasuki Nag Temple and Gatha Lake Park.
Continue your journey through the scenic Chinta Valley, Jai Valley and Padri, experiencing the natural beauty and landscapes of the region. The tour then proceeds towards Katra through Khellani Top and Kellar Valley, with opportunities to experience local culture, traditional surroundings, Lavender and Rice Farms, Water Chakki and a Local Family Lunch. The journey concludes with Vaishno Devi Darshan from Katra before departure towards Jammu.
- DAY 01 - ARRIVAL JAMMU – PATNITOP (100KM-2HRS)
Upon arriving at the Railway Station/Airport, proceed for Patnitop. Upon arrival check into the hotel.
Later Visit Nag Temple in Patnitop and Sanasar as well as drive pass through beautiful Jungle Meadow of Patnitop.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY 02 – PATNITOP - TRANGUAL BRIDGE - BHADERWAH (100KM-02H30M)
After breakfast, check out from hotel, Visit Skyview empyrean to enjoy Gondola Ride (direct payment basis) as well as other adventure activities on direct payment basis.
Later drive to Bhaderwah, Enroute Visit Trangul Bridge where recent movie shouting of Tanav has been done, further continuous drive towards Bhaderwah known as “A Place of Beauty and Grace.” Nestled 100 km from Patnitop, this picturesque valley, identified in Puranas as Bhadrakashi.
DAY 03 – BHADERWAH - JAI VALLEY-BHADERWAH (35 KM ONE WAY)
After a delightful breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Chinta Valley (25 km/1 hour), a renowned tourist destination often referred to as the Green Bowl, encircled by dense Black Forests. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that abounds in this picturesque location. Later in the day, continue your journey to Jai Valley, situated 10 km ahead. This valley, bisected by the Jai Nallah rivulet, is a haven for adventure tourism and trekking enthusiasts. As you traverse through “Jai Top,” the valley unfolds, embracing you in the lap of Nature.
Afternoon, return to Bhaderwah, explore the cultural and natural wonders of Bhaderwah, including Gupt Ganga, and Bhaderwah Fort, Local Market Walk. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel, surrounded by the enchanting beauty of Bhaderwah.
DAY 04: BHADERWAH – PADRI- BHADERWAH (45KM ONE WAY)
Following breakfast, embark on a journey to Padri, an undulating landscape situated at an altitude of 10,500 feet on the Chamba Road, approximately 40 km from Bhaderwah town. This region is known for its mesmerizing views and experiences, one of the heaviest snowfalls in the area, with snow depths reaching up to 5 meters and lingering until mid-June.
The vast and gently rolling landscape of Padri makes it an ideal picnic spot, offering tranquility and natural beauty. Padri is also a hub for adventure activities such as skiing in the winter months and paragliding during the summer (temporary services and subject to availability). The meadow is perfect for trekking, horse riding, and visits by nomadic tribes, providing a rejuvenating and immersive experience. After exploring Padri, return to the hotel in the evening. Enjoy a delectable dinner and unwind for the night.
- DAY 05: - BHADERWAH – KHELLANI TOP - KELLAR VALLY – KATRA (180KM 8 HOURS INCLUSING SIGHTSEEING)
After breakfast, check out from Hotel and proceed to Katra enroute visit Khellani Top and Kellar Valley, a lesser-known gem approximately 20 km from Bhaderwah. The valley is characterized by dense forests, beautiful View, Cultural, traditional, religious, rural Bhaderwah, will visit Lavenders & Rice Farms, Water Chakki and will have Lunch with Local Family seating on the traditional way.
Later continuous drive to Katra. Upon arrival check into Hotel. After Dinner register and Procure Yatra slip. Drop to the Banganga and start your Yatra for Vaishno Devi Darshans (Please be advised that Bhavan is around 13 Km’s from Katra Town, and you can hire Ponies, Palkis or can cover the distance by Foot).
After Darshan Return to Katra. Overnight stay and dinner at Hotel in Katra.
DAY 06: KATRA – DEPARTURE
After breakfast, check out from Hotel and transfer to Jammu Railway station / Airport to board the train/ Flight for onward destination
