Jaipur – Kota Tour
Discover the fascinating heritage and lesser-explored attractions of Rajasthan with this memorable Jaipur and Kota journey. Begin your tour from Jaipur and travel towards Kota via Tonk, a historic city situated on the banks of the Banas River and known for its old Havelis and mosques. En route, enjoy views of Bisalpur Dam before reaching Kota, a popular Rajasthan city located along the River Chambal.
Explore the dramatic landscapes around Kota with a visit to Garadia Mahadev Temple, also known as India’s Grand Canyon, followed by the picturesque town of Bundi and its magnificent Taragarh Fort. Continue your Rajasthan experience with Seven Wonder Park, Kishangarh, the mysterious Bhangarh Fort and the architectural marvel of Chand Baori at Abhaneri. The tour concludes in Jaipur with leisure time for shopping before your departure back home.
Day 1 –Jaipur – Tonk – Kota
Tour guests will arrive at Jaipur Airport as per their scheduled flight. Upon arrival, they will meet the Veena World tour manager at the airport and proceed to Kota, a popular city in Rajasthan situated along the banks of the River Chambal. En route, we will pass through Tonk, a city located on the banks of the Banas River, renowned for its old havelis and mosques. Here, we will have the opportunity to view Bisalpur Dam.
Upon arrival at Kota, we will check into our hotel, unwind, and have a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2 – Kota – Bundi – Kota
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to GaradiaMahadev Temple, also known as India’s Grand Canyon, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The shrine is located in a 300 feet deep gorge through which the Chambal River flows, surrounded by gigantic cliffs on either side, making it an excellent viewpoint. We will also get to view the Hanging Bridge. Following this, we proceed to Bundi, a picturesque town in the Aravalli Mountains known for its magnificent palaces reflecting Rajput grandeur.
In Bundi, our visit includes Taragarh Fort, the first hillside fort in India constructed in absolute Rajputi style, offering insights into its history and grandeur. Later, we return to Kota and explore the Seven Wonder Park.
Enjoy dinner and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Kota.
Day 3 –Kota – Jaipur
After breakfast, we will continue our journey to Jaipur, with a delightful stopover at Kishangarh, often referred to as the “Kashmir of Rajasthan.” Enroute, we’ll explore the charm of Kishangarh. In the evening, you’ll have leisure time for shopping, allowing you to experience the vibrant markets of the Pink City.
Later, enjoy a delicious dinner and settle in for an overnight stay at our hotel in Jaipur.
Day 4 –Jaipur – Abhaneri – Bhangarh – Jaipur
Following breakfast, we embark on a fascinating journey to explore the historical wonders surrounding Jaipur. Our first destination is the renowned Bhangarh Fort, a 17th-century structure nestled amidst the picturesque Aravalli hills and known for its haunting tales. Subsequently, we continue our adventure to Abhaneri Village, where we will marvel at the architectural splendor of Chand Baori, one of the oldest step wells in Rajasthan.
After a day filled with exploration, we return to Jaipur for a relaxing evening. Dinner will be served at the hotel, providing a perfect end to the day.
Day 5 –Jaipur - Departure
After a hearty breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to our fellow travelers. As we part ways, let’s stay connected through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring we share the memories of this unforgettable journey. Until we meet again on another exciting tour, see you all soon!
Tour participants will proceed to Jaipur airport according to their scheduled flights, commencing their return journey home.
